Ryan says that he would advise anyone who wants to start their own business, or even those already running their businesses, to be passionate about what they do and to have a strong work ethic. As he says: “You have got to work hard; it doesn’t matter what you do, but you have got to have a passion for what you do and have a strong work ethic.”
In Ryan’s own words, he believes that the hospitality industry is great, especially when it comes to catering because catering can be easily expanded into other areas. He also believes that following his lead and starting your own business would be a great way to start in the hospitality industry.
